On the Conference Centre level

Main Restaurant: can seat 300 diners and serve up to 1000 people in its adjoining areas. Offers Italian national and regional cuisine. Windowed partitions open outwards onto the foyer to form a huge single space that is ideal for large functions.

Lobby Bar: quick snacks and a wide range of cocktails to welcome guests in a relaxing and sophisticated setting.

On the Plaza level

Plaza Café: à la carte restaurant decorated in soft colours. This beautifully-appointed restaurant seats 75 and offers the best of international cuisine and local specialities accompanied by a wide selection of fine wines. The restaurant’s large French windows open onto the external public plaza with a view over the hotel pool.

Crowne Bar: with large windows offering a panoramic view of the pool and gardens. The ideal meeting place for clients and guests.
